For optimal use, apply a cold compress to the affected area to minimise swelling and reduce pain before applying the bandage if it's inflamed or following an injury. Cut the bandage to twice the length required for the area, with an extra 3cm for overlap. Pull evenly over the limb as a sleeve and double back to form a second layer, ensuring the top layer overlaps the bottom by approximately 3cm. Hand wash in warm soapy water with mild detergent and dry flat away from direct heat. Do not use with warming liniments, ointments, or creams. Ensure correct sizing for maximum benefit. Seek medical advice if no improvement is seen within 72 hours for injuries, or immediately for severe injuries or if in doubt. Contains natural rubber latex, which may cause allergic reactions.
