Supplied with two gastronorm pans for serving anything from sauces and custard to pasta and chilli, you can tailor the temperature through the manual thermostat to match the type of food available. Capable of supplying either wet or dry heat, you can choose the most suitable heating beforehand - for example if you are emulsifying sauces then a wet heat source could provide gentler heating. 250W Wet and dry heat. 2x GN 1/4 pans Included
