DH 4" x 3" Inch - 102mm x 76mm Ball Bearing Fire Door Hinge Set (3 Hinges) PVD Polished Brass Grade CE13 - Premium UK Quality. This set of premium UK quality 102mm ball bearing hinges features a PVD polished brass stainless steel finish with a double ball bearing action to provide a smoother function and high durability. These 4" door hinges are ideal for heavy duty and fire door applications where a door and its hardware must meet CE13 regulations. These polished brass hinges are suitable for doors up to 120KG, manufactured from stainless steel the leaves are 3mm thick and measure 4" (102mm) long by 3" (76mm) wide when fully open, the knuckle diameter is 14mm. These PVD polished brass stainless steel fire door hinges are supplied in 1.½ pairs (3 hinges) complete with colour matched stainless steel screws. In order to fully comply with BS EN 1935:2002 a minimum of 3 hinges must be fitted to a fire door and intumescent pads fitted behind the hinge leaves. To protect the finish of these PVD polished brass ball bearing hinges an occasional clean with a spray polish is recommended. We would also advise that once a year hinges are treated with a WD40 type oil, this will extend the working life of the hinge.
