3" Inch - 72mm Tubular Mortice Smart Latch Polished Chrome - 57mm Backset. This soft close 72mm smart tubular door latch is a premium quality designer fast fit door latch, and features a polished chrome fore-plate and strike-plates (1 round & 1 rectangular) with a spring loaded metal follower, and soft close rounded metal latch bolt. This 3" smart latch has a 72mm case depth, 57mm backset (distance from the front of the face-plate to the centre of the 8mm spindle follower). The round faceplate is 27mm in diameter, the rectangular keep is 28mm x 70mm with 20mm projection strike plate, the round keep is 32mm in diameter with a 12mm projection strike plate tongue.
