The majority of faults we diagnose are attributable to limescale accumulation within the heater matrix, which restricts water circulation and subsequently triggers a range of error codes.\n\nE01 - Frequently caused by limescale and debris accumulating on or around the flow sensor, impairing paddle movement.\n\nE02 \u2013 Indicates that insufficient water flow is being detected. If you have brief sound and water flow from the pump, this is most commonly caused by limescale accumulation within the heater assembly, which restricts circulation, reduces flow rate, and triggers the protection fault.\n\nE04 and E08 \u2013 Result from localised overheating within the heater matrix, commonly caused by reduced flow efficiency due to scale buildup.\nd
