Water well with a fine rose. Sow seeds individually and lightly cover with vermiculite. Place in a propagator at 18–20 °C or cover the tray with cling film and leave in a warm room. Keep moist.Growing OnWhen shoots appear, remove cling film. Keep seedlings in a light position, shaded from direct sunlight. When plants have 4 leaves, transplant to 8 cm pots of potting compost. Grow coolly at a minimum temperature of 15 °C.Planting OutGradually acclimate plants to outdoor conditions over 2–3 weeks before planting out when temperatures exceed 10 °C. Transfer to large pots or hanging baskets (minimum 30 cm diameter), either in a greenhouse or a sunny, sheltered spot outside.SupportBush/trailing type, minimal or no support needed.
