The label features a little shopping list of things important distillery features that Stauning had when setting up and getting started. Stills. Casks. A chef. A doctor. A pickling vat. An old bacon smoke oven. Classic distillery features. Probably worth mentioning the original distillery was previously an abattoir. Yeah, that might explain a couple of those things. Anyway, this is a cracking 3 year old rye, aged in a cask that previously held rum from Belize.Batch 1 is a release of 274 bottles.That Boutique-y Whisky Company bottles single malts, single grains and bourbons from a variety of renowned distilleries as well as producing award-winning blended malts and blends. These whiskies are adorned with cultish graphic novel-style labels.
