Distilled at Ben Nevis, this single malt spent an impressive 26 years maturing, beginning in a refill hogshead, and finishing off in a rum barrique before it was bottled by yours truly. Juicy, balanced, and complex, the rum cask has brought tropical notes of estery fruit alongside the vibrant barley at its core.
