Built for modern mountaineers, the Lightline Jacket sets the benchmark for lightweight, technical down insulation. Its hooded design and water-resistant shell provide exceptional warmth and protection in sub-zero conditions. The jacket uses 296g (size large) of 700-fill power Duck Down held in place by stitched-through baffle construction to optimise warmth and prevent cold spots, particularly across the shoulders, chest, and hood. All down is minimally treated and certified to DOWN CODEX© and RDS 3.0 standards, with a unique code showing the down’s source, content, and fill power. Drilite Loft 40D outer fabric is windproof, highly water-resistant, and breathable, allowing the down to loft fully while protecting against snow and spindrift. A woven 20D downproof lining improves moisture transfer, comfort, and packability. The Women’s Mountain fit allows effective layering without bulk, providing freedom of movement when shouldering a pack, swinging axes, or coiling ropes. Adjustable cuffs and a dual tether hem drawcord seal out the cold and fine-tune the fit. A fully insulated hood with a wired peak provides protection from the elements and can be zipped off to reduce weight and pack size. Three down panels optimise the hood fit, with drawcords allowing easy adjustment even with gloves on. A two-way YKK® moulded centre front zip is resilient against ice build-up and reinforced with an internal baffle to retain heat. Two hand warmer pockets and an internal zipped security pocket keep essentials safe and fingers warm.
