Flaked Barley is an important ingredient to add to the malt mix especially when making stouts where it should make up no more than 10% of total malt content of your brew. \n\nFlaked Barley can also be mixed with lighter malts to recreate your favourite beer, but should be restricted to no more than 5% of the total malt content of your brew when making paler style beers.\n\nThis grain is produced by Warminster Malts, has a colour of between 2.5 and 3.5 EBCs and is supplied in 100gm, 500gm, 1Kg, 3Kg and 5Kg packs.
