Amber Malt has a dry mild coffee flavour and is used to create ales and bitters with a golden colour. \n\nIt is an interesting alternative to Crystal Malt and is an excellent addition to your Malt mix. \n\nAmber malt should make up no more than 20% of total malt content of your brew.\n\nThis malt is produced by Warminster Malts, has a colour of between 90 and 110 EBCs and is supplied ready crushed in 500gm, 1Kg, 3Kg and 5Kg packs and 25Kg sacks.
