Flaked Maize is used in the production of lagers. It can of course be mixed with the lighter malts to recreate your favourite beer or perhaps create your own secret recipe and has a delicate smooth corn flavour. \n\nFlaked Maize should be used sparingly (no more than 10% of total malt content of your brew) .\n\nThis grain is produced by Warminster Malts, has a colour of between 2.5 and 3.5 EBCs and is supplied ready crushed in 100gm, 500gm,1Kg, 3Kg and 5Kg packs.
