Caramalt Crushed 500g Pack\n\nCaramalt offers rich caramel notes which are balanced by muscovado sugar, roast coffee and dark chocolate, with a lingering of dried fruits. This malt greatly increases head retention and body.\n\nIt has a very light sweet malt flavour is used instead of crystal malt when making beers where a lighter colour is required. It can of course be mixed with the other malts to recreate your favourite beer or perhaps create your own secret recipe. \n\nIt is used in all sorts of Lagers, Pale Ales and Bitters. Caramalt should make up no more than 20% of total malt content of your brew.\n\nThis malt is produced by Warminster Malts, has a colour of between 23 and 42 EBCs and is supplied ready crushed in 500g, 1Kg, 3Kg and 5Kg packs.
