Bobek Styrian Goldings hops are a distinguished variety which is well known throughout the world and although identical to Goldings in many ways it does have its own distinctive characteristics. With a perfume-like hoppy character this variety was mainly used in European lagers but works very well in the less malty flavoured golden coloured beers too.\n\nGrown here in the UK these top brewing industry quality hop pellets are supplied in a heavy duty resealable pouch with a tamper proof seal to preserve their freshness and quality.\n\nAlpha Acid Range 2-5%\n\nHop pellets are destalked ground hops pressed into little pellets. Use about 10% less than you would when using leaf hops with a similar alpha level. Hop pellets can be preserved longer and are usually available for a longer period of time during the course of the season.
