Our hand-shucked scallops are frozen at their peak to lock in their natural sweetness and signature firm texture. Ready to cook, they are effortlessly transformed by grilling, pan-frying, or baking into a gourmet meal in minutes.Crafted with simple ingredients: wild raw Scottish king scallops, chorizo (may contain gluten, sulphites, pork), and salt. A source of protein, they contain 20g per 100g.Important: Keep frozen at -18°C or below. Thaw in refrigerator before use and consume immediately. For your safety, cook thoroughly until the scallops are opaque and the chorizo is piping hot. Always prevent cross-contamination. Contains allergens: molluscs, gluten, sulphur dioxide, and sulphites.
