The updated range of Vertex rods feature subtle cosmetics with a more modern, tactile handle.\nThe beautifully balanced high modulus carbon blanks are slim and rigid with a mellow fishing playing action to avoid hook pulls. \nBoth rods feature enlarged guides which improve casting and allow shockleader knots to fly through with ease. \nThe incredible reserves of power in the middle and butt sections provide increased distance casting and accuracy of fully loaded feeders. \nBoth rods are supplied with 2oz & 3oz Carbon Distance Feeder Tips. \nOptimum reel lines are 6lb (0.20mm) to 10lb (0.28mm) mono or 0.08 to 0.12mm braid. \nThe 12ft 2-piece Distance Feeder has a recommend casting weight of up to 80g (2 3/4oz) and 13ft 3 piece Distance Feeder has a recommend casting weight of up to 100g (3 1/2oz).
