Once sprouted, sprinkle on salads and meals for a boost in fibre.\nInstructions for sprouting \nUse a sprouting jar/sprouter or make your own sprouter using a glass jar with a fine mesh to cover the top opening for ease of draining (cheesecloth or muslin). \n1. Soak for 8 hours or overnight \n2. Drain and rinse well with fresh water, then drain again\n3. Rinse and drain twice per day until sprouting has completed (3+ days)\n4.
