Vango Orchy 400 & Orchy 500 Tent Pole Repair KitThe Vango Orchy 400 & Orchy 500 Tent Pole Repair Pack consists of 2 x 11mm, 2 x 9.5mm and 1 x 7.9mm black fibreglass pole sections all fitted with a metal joining/end ferrule, a pole threader which is a steel wire with a sharp hook on one end, used to re-thread pole elastic and 1 length of elastic which measures 4 metres and will stretch to 7 metres approximately.\n\nUsage:\u00C2 Ideal as an emergency repair kit or to replace broken sections within a pole run. Replacement fibreglass pole sections are supplied at a length of 68.5cm (including ferrule) so you may need to cut them to size with a junior hacksaw.\n\nHow to use:\n\nDisassemble the current pole assembly as follows:\n\n--Hook the elastic holding pole sections at the end nearest the broken section and pull out so knot can be undone (or if necessary cut off).\n\n--Release the elastic and pull back through pole sections to the broken section taking care to keep t.
