Cadillac Miller-Meteor Ambulance 1959 1:100 Scale Oxford Diecast 87CM59001\n\nThe Cadillac Miller-Meteor Sentinel Ambulance was a combination ambulance/hearse based on a Cadillac commercial chassis but it is more likely to be remembered for its association as the Ecto-1 drive of the Ghostbusters of American movie fame. In real life, its size and length was just right for when doubling up as a hearse a bit unnerving! The ambulance featured enormous tail fins, a powerful 6.3L V8i engine and was converted by Miller-Meteor. It had a high roofline and an opening back/rear loading facility. It is quite a rare beast as very few were made. This ambulance is presented in a red and white two-tone scheme with massive tail fins and even a backward facing fin on the roof. There is an extravagant amount of external chrome work as well as white wall tyres. The windows are silvered out and given an additional louvre effect in the rear patient area. The interior is equally opulent with a clinical wg
