8mm Galvanised Steel Thimble – For Wire RopePack of 10 Overview – When a wire rope is terminated with a loop, there is a risk that it will be bent too tightly. A thimble can be installed to preserve the natural shape of the loop, prevent any damage being caused to the wire rope and will strengthen the loop. How to install – Installation is very easy, simply thread a length of wire rope around the thimble (as shown in the above picture) and use either wire rope grips or a wire rope crimp to securely hold in place.
