Marshalls Garden Vegetable Compost 50L contains 60% peat blended with organic matter, wood fibre and a slow-release fertiliser with phosphorous. Trialled for three years at our plant nursery, this mix feeds plants for up to six weeks while providing an optimal drainage-to-moisture balance. Suitable for containers and for root vegetables, legumes, salads and leafy greens. Tip: convert the 50L bag into an instant planter by placing it on its side, cutting it open, making planting holes and watering daily, more often in hot, dry conditions.
