Fragrant tarragon (Artemisia dracunculus) with a distinct aniseed flavour, ideal for seasoning fish, chicken, pork, vegetables and sauces. A hardy perennial that produces lush green foliage and clusters of white flowers in summer, it thrives in full sun and tolerates part shade - perfect for pots, window boxes, raised beds and borders.
