There is one cell for each letter of the alphabet, plus 4 blanks. \n\nYou can use a teaspoon to put the melted chocolate into the cells, but a piping bag (or food bag with a pin hole sized snip out the corner) is makes it really simple without a load of mess !\n\nThis mould is also excellent for using with modelling paste - but if doing so, do grease very lightly with Crisco or Trex before use or use corn starch. If using sugarpaste (without hardener) - then freeze and release and allow moisture to ry at room temperature from the surface before touching.\n\n Lovely for cupcake toppers, but are also super given as a gift in a little cello bag.
