It's expensive stuff. Sure - I can scrape on to a sheet, harden it up and use again next time or even (ssshhhh - eat it)... but you know what ? There are far better things you can use it for.\n I always wanted to be able to make my own flavours of chocolate nibs / drops / chips... whatever you want to call them. Those ones you buy from the store that are machine made look so cute with their little flick over tips on the top, but generally taste pretty nasty. Hand piping them is tedious and gives me carpal tunnel. That hurts. it's not worth the agro.. so instead, I designed a new mould that makes dozens of them at speed\n Simply take your couverture chocolate and add in finely ground coffee, freeze dried raspberries, orange oil d
