Plain non-edible plastic, high quality and strong - 3lb pudding casing. Perfect for producing puddings, haggis, salami’s & more – great for home use, or for business or catering. Each piece is clipped and looped for hanging if required. Maintains product weight/shape due to minimum moisture loss while its high oxygen barrier extends the products shelf life. Fully immerse in warm water (<40 degrees C) for about 30 minutes before use and then fill. During cooking the casing is designed to shrink giving the final product a smooth, taut surface ensuring the highest quality product display and ease of handling and slicing. The lay flat is 110mm. Once filled the diameter is 70mm and length is 50cm. These casings are NOT suitable for smoking – our fibrous casings should be used for this.
