Tikka Spice Blend (5 Packs) - Slimming Friendly\n\nA blend of traditional Indian spices \u2013 creating the perfect tikka flavour!\n-- Tikka marinade \u2013 mix 100g fat free natural yoghurt with 10g spice mix and coat chicken evenly, marinade for at least 2 hours before grilling, roasting or frying!\n\n-- Tikka masala sauce \u2013 brown 1 chopped onion and garlic in a pan with 10g spice mix. Blend 400g chopped tomatoes and add to the pan.
