Indian Chicken Pakora Mix - 200g\n\nAn authentic tasting pakora complete mix with a blend of tasty spices.\n\nIngredients: \n\u2022 100g chicken breast.\n\u2022 Water\n\u2022 A handful coriander - chopped.\n\u2022 Cooking oil or low cal alternative for frying.\n\nMethod:\n\u2022 Slice chicken into bitesized pieces.\n\u2022 Add the pakora mix and coriander and mix well.\n\u2022 Gradually add water until a thick batter is created and ingredients are well coated.\n\u2022 Heat oil in a deep fryer or frying pan to around 180 degrees. (At the correct temp a drop of batter should sizzle as it hits the oil, then float).\n\n\u2022 Take one tablespoon of the mixture and carefully submerge into oil using another spoon.\n\u2022 Fry for 5-6 minutes, or until crisp and deep golden brown.\n\u2022 Drain on kitchen paper and serve with a warm mint dip (mix mint sauce with plain yoghurt).\nSupplied in a 200g pack.\n\n \nThis product now has Ingredients, allergen and nutritional informa.
