Bright Red Food Colouring Powder - 30g\n\nA red food colouring powder \u2013\n\ndilute with water before adding to biscuits, cakes, sweets, curries and other\n\nsavoury dishes, or add dry to icing sugar, meringues or macaroons.\nDirections for use:\n- Dissolve 14g (1tbsp) in 1 litre\n\nof hot water \u2013 warm slightly if colour separates when cooling.\n- Use as a dry powder where liquid\n\nwould alter the end product such as icing.\n- can be mixed with clear alcohol\n\nor glaze to produce an edible paint.\n- Do not use more than 32g of\n\nsolution per kg of other ingredients.\nIngredients:\nSALT 87%, E129 ALLURA RED 12%,\n\nE102 TARTRAZINE 1%.\nThis solution contains 54mg per\n\n32ml of E129 & 5mg per 32ml of E102 \u2013 These instructions MUST be followed\n\nas legal requirements for colour may be jeopardised with alternative use of\n\nthis product.\n\nSupplied in a 30g pack.\n \nThis product now has Ingredients, allergen and nutritional information. \nPlease see the tabs .
