Balti Curry Blend Seasoning - 200g (Quality blend of Indian spices)\n\nThis Balti curry is a blend of aromatic spices , perfect for making curries and as a flavouring for a variety of Indian dishes.\nChicken Balti Recipe (Serves 4)\nIngredients\n--800g Diced Chicken breast\n--1 Cup/300ml Water or Chicken Stock\n--2 Small white onions finely chopped\n--6 tablespoons of Balti Curry blend - 60g\n--2 Teaspoons Ginger Puree\n--2 Teaspoons Garlic Puree\n--200g Butter Ghee\n--3 Carrots boiled and purees\n--100ml Single Cream\n--100ml Natural Yogurt\n--4 Tablespoons Tomato Puree\n--200ml Pureed Onion\n--Roughly chopped fresh coriander leaves to garnish\n\nMethod\n--To make the Onion Puree, bring a small pan of water to the boil and add some chopped onions. Boil until soft, drain and puree with a hand blender or in a food processor.
