Gluten Free Doner Kebab Dry Seasoning Spice Mix - 500g (100g Serves 10)\n\nThis spice mix of cumin and coriander makes a great tasting traditional doner kebab, Ideal for use with lamb, beef and chicken. \nA delicious home-made doner kebab without the added guilt of a takeaway!\nMethod\n\n--Add 500g pack to 4kg of mince meat\n--Add 500ml of cold water ( alter to desired consistency) \n--Mix till combined\n--Preheat your oven to 180\u00B0C (350\u00B0F, Gas Mark 4)\n--Place mix into a loaf tin and place on a baking tray. (Alternatively shape onto skewers or shape to burgers)\n--Bake in the centre of your oven for 25 minutes, then turn out and return it to the oven for another 30 minutes. The loaf should be evenly browned.\n--Once cooked remove from the oven and cover with foil to rest for 15 - 20 minutes.\n--Serve with a pitta bread and your favourite salad.\n\nTo make a Doner sauce\n--Add 250g Tomato Sauce\n--Add 10g Mint Sauce\n--Pinch of chilli flakes\n--Add 20ml of milk\nM.
