Chilli Con Carne Seasoning - 200g (50g Serves 4)\n\nA tasty, authentic, easy to use seasoning ideal for creating the perfect chilli con carne.\n--Ideally used with beef mince, but, can be used with pork, chicken, or shredded beef.\n--Packed with flavours of chilli, cumin & coriander.\nChilli Con Carne Recipe:\nIngredients:\n--500g minced beef\n--50g tongmaster chilli con carne seasoning\n--1 large onion, diced\n--1 beef stock cube\n--1 x 400ml can chopped tomatoes\n--2 tbsp tomato puree\n--1 x 400g can kidney beans\n--10g dark chocolate\n--Chilli flakes (optional)\nMethod:\n--Heat oil in a pan, add the diced onion and cook for approx 5 minutes until soft, add the mince and cook until browned.\n--Once browned, add the seasoning and cook for a further 2 minutes, add the puree and mix until combined.\n--Add the chopped tomatoes, and a splash of water along with the stock cube, crumbled, bring to the boil and simmer for around 20 minutes.\n--Drain and rinse the kidney beans before ad.
