Korma Curry Powder Spice Blend - 200g (50g Serves 4)\n\nA korma is a tasty, mild & creamy Indian curry dish packed with flavours - this seasoning makes it simple to rustle one up from scratch.\nChicken Korma Recipe:\nIngredients:\n--500g boneless chicken thighs\n--50g korma curry powder\n--1 x 400ml tin coconut milk\n--1 large onion, finely sliced\n--25g cashew nuts\n--25g almonds\n--natural yoghurt\n--chillies (optional)\nMethod:\n--In a large bowl, add the chicken, 30g curry powder and 2 tbsp yoghurt, mix well until combined and leave to marinade for at least 2 hours.\n--While the chicken is marinating, heat oil in a pan and cook the onions until soft and caramelised, add the almonds & cashews and set aside to cool.\n--Once cooled, add the onion mixture to a blender with the coconut milk and chillies (optional) and blend until smooth.\n--Heat oil in a pan and sear the chicken until browned on all sides, add the onion mixture, 20g curry powder, 250ml water and bring to the b.
