Madras Curry Powder Seasoning Spice - 50g (Serves 4)\n\nA hot curry powder packed with traditional Indian flavours - makes the perfect madras curry.\nBeef Madras Recipe:\nIngredients:\n--500g beef steak, cut into bitesize pieces\n--50g madras curry powder\n--1 large onion, thinly sliced\n--2 tbsp tomato puree\n--150ml beef stock\n--lemon juice\nMethod:\n--Heat oil in a pan and add the onions, cook until soft and caramelised, add the beef and sear until browned on all sides.\n--Add the curry powder and continue to cook for another 5 minutes, until the spices become fragrant.\n--Add the tomato puree, mix till combined and cook for 2 minutes before adding the stock, bring to the boil, cover and simmer for 1 hr 25 minutes or until the beef is tender and the sauce has reduced.\n--Serve with rice & raita!\n--This recipe also works great in the slow cooker.\n \nThis product now has Ingredients, allergen and nutritional information. \nPlease see the tabs below.\n\nDescription\n\nIng.
