Vindaloo Curry Seasoning Spice Powder - 50g (Serves 4)\n\nA fiery blend of spices to make the perfect vindaloo curry.\nChicken Vindaloo Recipe:\nIngredients:\n--500g boneless chicken thighs\n--50g vindaloo curry powder\n--1 pepper, finely sliced\n--1 large onion, finely sliced\n--2 tbsp tomato puree\n--200ml chicken stock\nMethod:\n--In a large bowl, add the chicken, 30g curry powder and a splash of olive oil, mix well until fully coated and marinade for at least 2 hours.\n--Heat oil in a pan and add the onions and peppers, cook until soft and caramelised. Add the chicken and cook until browned on each side.\n--Add the tomato puree and 20g curry powder and mix until combined, cook for a further 5 minutes.\n--Add 200ml chicken stock, bring to the boil before reducing the heat, simmer for 20-25 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce has reduced.\n \nThis product now has Ingredients, allergen and nutritional information. \nPlease see the tabs below.\n\nDescriptio.
