Special Dal Masala Curry Seasoning Spice Powder 50g (50g Serves 4)\n\nMasala Dal is an Indian curry style dish made with lentils - this masala powder is packed with traditional spices, guaranteed to make cooking simple.\nSpecial Masala Dal Recipe:\nIngredients:\n--400g red split lentils, soaked\n--50g Dal Masala Powder\n--1 tbsp cumin seeds\n--4 garlic cloves, crushed\n--Lemon Juice\nMethod:\n--Add the lentils to a pan along with around 1200ml water and 30g masala powder, bring to the boil and cook uncovered on a high heat for around 10 minutes.\n--Reduce the heat, add the masala powder & simmer for around 25-30 minutes or until the lentils are soft and the water is absorbed.\n--Stir through the remaining masala powder with a few splashes of lemon juice and salt to taste.\n--In a separated pan, heat 1tbsp oil and add the cumin seeds and garlic, allow them to sizzle for around 30 seconds or until fragrant and starting to brown.\n--Add the oil to the dal and stir through.\n \n.
