Fish Masala Curry Seasoning Spice Powder - 50g (50g Serves 4)\n\nA blend of delicate spices perfect for complimenting fish - use as a dry rub or make a tasty fish masala curry!\nFish Masala Curry Recipe:\nIngredients:\n--500g white fish (cod, sole & halibut work great)\n--50g fish masala powder\n--3 cloves garlic, finely diced\n--1 x 400ml tin chopped tomatoes\n--1 tbsp tomato puree\n--fresh chillies (optional)\n--fresh coriander\nMethod:\n--Heat oil in a pan and add the masala powder & garlic, fry for 1 minutes or until fragrant before adding the tomato puree, mix well until combined and cook for a further 1 minute.\n--Add the chopped tomatoes and bring to a simmer, cook for around 10 minutes until it reduces to a thick paste consistency, add the chillies here if you wish.\n--Prepare your fish & add around 250ml water to the tomato mixture, bring to the boil, once bubbling, add the fish.\n--Cover and simmer on a medium heat for around 10 minutes or until cooked through, .
