Mutton Masala Curry Seasoning Spice Powder - 500g (50g Serves 4) \n\nA traditional Indian curry dish made easy with fresh mutton meat, authentic spices & big flavours.\nMutton Masala Recipe:\nIngredients: \n--500g mutton meat, cut into bitesize pieces\n--2 large onions\n--50g mutton masala\n--3 garlic cloves, crushed\n--1 tomatoes, finely chopped\n--250ml stock\n--200ml plain yoghurt\nMethod:\n--Heat oil in a pan and add the onions, cook until soft and caramelised, add the garlic and cook for a further 2 minutes.\n--Add the meat and brown on each side, add the masala powder and mix well, cook for around 2 minutes or until fragrant.\n--Add the tomatoes, stock and cook for 5 minutes, the tomatoes should be soft, add in the yoghurt along with a splash of water, bring to the boil, cover and simmer for around an hour, adding more water along the way if necessary.\n--The stock should have reduced to a thick stock and the meat should be tender, serve piping hot.\n \nThis produ.
