The Almost Off Grid Mini Elderflower 'Champagne' Making Kit is for you if you already have a traditional glass demijohn or a homebrewing bucket and you want to make your own Elderflower Fizz. We supply other kits which include fermentation bucket, but this kit is for when you have a brewing vessel already. \nThe Mini Elderflower Champagne Making Kit includes:\n--1 traditional cork bung, prebored with a hole, designed to fit in the neck of a 1 gallon (4.5 litre) standard glass demijohn \n--1 bubbler airlock with loose fitting cap to keep the dust out, the neck of which fits exactly into the bored hole of the bung to create a seal \n--1 grommet into which the airlock fits if you have a bucket with a bored hole - you will either need the bung or the grommet depending on the vessel you are planning to use \n--1 stick-on thermometer to monitor the temperature of your brew \n--2 packs of top quality Lalvin EC-1118 Sparkling 'Champagne' yeast which is our best seller for making elderflower .
