Fitted under the sink, it captures and separates food waste from oil and water to help improve drainage quality and reduce the need for frequent emptying. Inside, a large basket collects food waste as it enters the trap, while small holes allow water to pass through and oil to rise to the surface. A baffle partitions the tank into two sections, with a 2cm clearance beneath it to allow water to transfer over while remaining segregated from the oil. Water is then directed to the 50mm outlet on the right-hand side for disposal. Cleaning is made straightforward thanks to a large, easily accessible lid. The basket can be removed using two secure bars to dispose of collected waste, and once refitted, the lid is tightly secured with four spring clips.
