T47 is a new bottom bracket standard that is becoming increasingly popular with custom bike manufacturers.The bottom brackets have a high durability, are stable and a smart choice for every biker due to the simple replacement and maintenance of the bearing. Base are outer bearing shells and a center sleeve made of CNC machined aluminum. O-rings between the center sleeve and the bearing shells prevent water and dirt from getting into the interior of the inner bearing via the frame. Stainless steel ball bearings, which are manufactured by warehouse specialist INA for Hope in Switzerland, rotate in the bearing shells.
