Once heated (temperature reaches 500°C) cook anything in less than 5mins. Cooking authentic stone-baked pizza in just 60 seconds. Maintenance is really simple too - You can quickly clean your oven by removing the stone tile (once cooled) and clean with any household brush etc. Simply wipe down the exterior with oven cleaner or warm soapy water.
