With their highly detailed and superb finish, the Reproduction Staunton Ebony Chessmen 1869 Model boast an imposing 4-inch king, including the royal finial. These beautiful pieces are supplied by the same chess workshop that produces some of the world's finest chessmen. They have been turned from solid wood and then painstakingly carved with exquisite detailing on all the pieces, but especially the knights. We have matched these luxury chessmen on this beautiful Spanish board to create a wonderfully contemporary yet traditional chess set.
