Red kidney beans are very versatile beans. Once cooked, you can use it to make typical Mexican recipes, as well as dips, sauces, and snacks. Salads and purées can be prepared with it. Chilli con Carne or sin Carne are frequently connected with red kidney beans! ✔ HIGH-QUALITY INGREDIENTS: Red Kidney Beans, when coupled with rice, form a complete protein supply, making them an excellent meat alternative. Because these beans, like many other legumes, contain inherent poisons that are eliminated during the cooking process, they must be properly boiled or otherwise cooked before eating. Polished Red Kidney Beans are all-natural, GMO-free, and vegan-friendly. ✔ INSTRUCTION FOR USE: Fibre-rich protein source. Add to vegetable stews to add texture. To Cook: 1. Rinse beans 2. Soak for 4-6 hours (or overnight). 3. Place in a pot and cover with water above the beans. 4. Boil for 45-60 minutes and ensure that there's always water in the pot. 5.
