They use stainless steel & aerospace grade plastic parts to create rollers that are silky smooth and they even have a quick release mechanism on the bottom guide, for easy cleaning of the panels. It conforms to EN12150-1 meaning that it's been rigorously tested and thermally toughened for superior safety and strength.
