VANILLA & RED-FRUIT RICHNESS: Aromas of vanilla with dominant red fruit (strawberry, cherry), then walnut, cinnamon and chocolate. Full-bodied and rich on the palate, finishing warming and satisfying from the first pour—made to savour GRANDE CHAMPAGNE CRAFT: Cognac from Grande Champagne, made from Ugni Blanc. Fermented 4–5 days, then open-flame double-distilled in a 25hL copper pot still on medium lees. Aged in French oak, then matured 1 year in 225L Banyuls casks for depth TIME-FORGOTTEN DOUBLE AGEING: Ferrand says research uncovered a lost tradition of ageing cognac in wine barrels. Double Cask Réserve revives it and, to their knowledge, was first to use it in modern times—finishing in Banyuls barrels for rich rancio AWARD-WINNING & GIFTABLE: Gold medallist at The Cognac Masters (2018). Bottled at 42.3% ABV in a 70cl format, with double-cask character from French oak and Banyuls.
