The Christie 36 Rise & Fall Pendant represents an evolution of our beloved Christie pendant. Slightly reduced in diameter and with a steeper fall than the classic Christie shade, it casts a more focussed beam immediately below the fixture. Inspired by gently rolling ocean waves, the handmade bone china shade’s corrugated outline adds a playful focal point in any room. Thanks to the rise & fall mechanism, you can lower the light for intimate dinners or raise for a broader pool of general light. When the light is switched on, the bone china becomes translucent, so that the shade glows beautifully in a warm light. Our signature cotton braided cable in sand and taupe complements the glazed white finish, underlining the calm presence of the pendant.
