This ready-to-use cupcake mix lets you create delicious vanilla cupcakes in just a few simple steps - follow the instructions included. The Sattina Bake Even range lets you achieve evenly risen cupcakes every time! Perfect to have on hand in your cakey cupboard for a quick and straightforward tasty treat. 500g will make 18 cupcakes, 12 muffins or a 6" round cake. Because this cake mix has a really moist texture, we recommend using foil cupcake cases. Each pack contains 500g. Instructions: Preheat the oven to Gas Mark 2 / 150C. Place 500g of cake mix in a bowl fitted with a beater, add 200ml/7 fl oz of water and 50ml/1.5 fl oz vegetable oil. Beat on medium speed for approximately 1 minute. Scrape down the sides and beat for 4 minutes on a medium to high speed. Scoop into cupcake cases in a cupcake tin and bake for approximately 20 minutes. Just add water and vegetable oil!
