Measure the backset before you order. The backset is the distance from the edge of the door to the centre of the keyhole, and on this 64mm sash lock it is 44.5mm. The case is the 2.5 Inch size, so the lock body measures 64mm from the faceplate to the back edge. If the lock you are replacing measures 57mm, order the 3 Inch version instead.
