The Affine Extra Macerator Pump is a powerful and practical solution for installing a bathroom, cloakroom or utility room where gravity drainage isn’t available. Ideal for loft conversions, basements and extensions, it efficiently processes waste so it can be pumped through small diameter pipework to your main soil stack, eliminating the need for costly structural or plumbing work.Designed for reliability and ease of use, this macerator features three inlets, allowing connection to a standard toilet plus up to two additional appliances such as a basin, shower, bath or bidet. The unit activates automatically when water enters, with an additional manual switch for added flexibility when required.Delivering a strong 140 litres per minute flow rate, the Flo-Force Extra can pump waste up to 60 metres horizontally and 5.5 metres vertically, providing excellent performance even in challenging layouts. Operating at approximately 45–55dB, it ensures relatively quiet performance for everyday use.Constructed with a durable steel motor casing, the unit is built to withstand regular use while maintaining efficiency. It is IP54 rated and fully compliant with LVD, EMC and ROHS directives, as well as CE approved, ensuring safe installation in bathroom environments.Supplied with a 12-month warranty. For best performance, the discharge pipe length to the first elbow must be at least 0.5 metres.
