Perfect for forming D-shaped pieces Great for creating D shape wire Different groove dimensions This wooden swage block has 5 half-round grooves and nylon punches which can be used for forming pieces, the punches measure 31mm, 37.1mm, 44.1mm, 62.1mm and 74.6mm wide and are approximately 64mm long. The block can be used to create D-shaped wire but also ideal for forming tubes and collets. Use a rawhide mallet such as 997 3117 and the nylon doming punch that smaller than the groove you require, simply anneal your metal by heating and pickling it, put it into your required curve, turn the punch on its side, and tap with your mallet to form a half tube shape.
